OUR PROGRAMS
TRENCHES 2 TREATMENT
Our Trenches 2 Treatment team is "boots-on-the-ground" community outreach with PWUD (people who use drugs) experiencing homelessness.
Services include:
• Free meals, showers, and laundry services
• Naloxone distribution & training
• Transportation to the local syringe exchange
• Toiletry bags
• ID’s and birth certificates
• Case management and referrals to treatment, housing, aftercare, etc.
• FWUD Advisory Committee
• Volunteer opportunities such as gardening, cooking, cleaning, meal prep and distribution, community litter pickup
HOPE, HEARTS AND THE ARTS
Our Hope, Hearts and the Arts Center was founded with the intention of promoting creative expression and education as tools for healing and self discovery.
We provide many activities that involve arts and crafts, music, writing, meditation, and education about harm reduction practices and mental health.
Our weekly Pineapple group meets every Thursday afternoon from 11:30-12:30. We also hold "Art in the Park" events every Sunday and Wednesday from 12:00-3:00. These events are all currently located at our center at 611 Citico St.
